ROTATE accepts new, pre-owned, luxury and vintaged pieces to consign for women, including designer handbags, shoes, clothes, jewelry and accessories. All items must fit our profile, determined by management, and in very good condition. You would like ROTATE to sell the items that we have collected from you on a consignment basis. This means that you, not ROTATE, will still own the property. After ROTATE receives or picks up property from you, ROTATE will send you an email confirming the items received and list price, determined by ROTATE unless previously agreed in writing (the items are then "Accepted"). The Accepted Items will then be immediately available for sale in our showroom and all social media outlets including www.rotateboutique.com.
ROTATE accepts new, pre-owned, luxury and vintaged pieces to consign for women, including designer handbags, shoes, clothes, jewelry and accessories. All items must fit our profile, determined by management, and in very good condition. Items should be clean and free of stains, holes, scuffs or any other visible damage. ROTATE pricing specialists will research the market value of your items and present a customized pricing recommendation for your approval. We require 90 days to sell your items before requesting your items to be returned to you. At 89 days, you will be contacted that your contract is ending and given the option of a 90 day consignment extension, along with a price decrease option. Additionally, you have the option of picking up or donating your unsold items at the end of the 90 day consignment period. We request to be informed at start of consignment period whether you prefer to pick up or donate your items. If an item remains unsold at the end of the consignment period, ROTATE will contact you and, at your option, (i) have the item remain in our showroom until sold (ii) return the item to you or (iii) donate the item to a charity of ROTATE’s choice. If at the end of the consignment period ROTATE is unable to contact you at the email or physical address it has on file, the item will be donated to a charity of ROTATE’s choice.
At this time, the Commission Rate of 50% will apply to all items. After the 90 day consignment period for ROTATE to sell your item, the sales price is then negotiable or the item can be picked up from our showroom or delivered back to owner if initially shipped.
ROTATE carefully inspects and authenticates all items. We have a ZERO tolerance policy for counterfeit items. If an item is received that is found to be counterfeit, ROTATE will charge a 100% commission plus a 20% inconvenience fee that must be paid within 10 days of the day of submission, or legal actions will pursue. Additionally, the party providing the counterfeit item will be banned from the ROTATE community. ROTATE will notify the authorities of all counterfeit transactions and trademark infringement.
HOME PICK-UP POLICY
*When consigning with ROTATE, we require all clothing to be freshly dry cleaned.
* All items will be itemized at pick up.
* Within 48 hours of pick up, you will receive a call and email regarding pricing for each item and when they will be displayed on our showroom floor.
* You have the option of picking up or donating your unsold items at the end of the 90 day consignment period. We request at start of consignment period whether you prefer to pick up or donate your items.
